Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: To ensure sales target are met monthly and annually, servicing dealers and customers, forecast sales and update merchandising in the local market.To assist Sales Manager and Senior Commercial Manager to drive business growth of adidas Golf in Vietnam new channel & accounts development and volume growth among existing customers Key Responsibilities: Sales Target•Ensure that the assigned sales targets are met diligently•Work closely with the management team on sales target settings and revision of target in order to meet the company’s objectives whenever is necessary•Work closely with the Accounts to optimize and maximize sales•Capture & create new sales opportunities Sales Forecast•Submit sales forecast on time•Ensure that the sales forecast is at its best estimate with the relevant knowledge of the market demandsSales Promotional Activity•Create new & updated sales promotional activity plans for the assigned area of sales responsibility.•Analyze the effectiveness and success of the promotional activities•Work closely with Accounts and other team members in sharing of ideas and any success stories•Ensure that the Accounts are accepting and complying to make our promotional activities a huge success.Sales Execution•To visit Accounts & their store outlets on a regular basis•Represent adidas Golf in all aspects of sales activities:oPresentation of new products & samples as when necessaryoTaking all sales orders & ensuring the orders are input into the system and are being fulfilled on a timely basisoEnsure that customer account receivables are met within company’s DSO targetoMonitoring customer inventory and tracking sell thru of customer inventory on a monthly basisoParticipate in managing inventory by having integrated sales planning and order management to achieve stock turn targetsoProposed promotional activities to the Accounts and get their willing participationoEnsure that our company’s products are well represented and display at the retail outletsoEnsure that all POS materials are well displayed and updated at all the retail outlets (dealers & own)oEnsure that trade dealers are abiding with our pricing & product policiesoProvide excellent sales service to build a strong trade relationship and maintain customers and consumers satisfaction at all timesoProvide feedback to the direct superior on the market & competitors’ activities on a regular basis (minimum weekly)oParticipate actively in all sales events like demo, bazzar and etcoProvide sales solution & impart company’s & product knowledge to the trade dealers and their staff periodically.Sales Role•Present yourself professionally at all times to the customers & internal parties•Carry positive attitude at all times•Communicate regularly and openly on all issues •Accept responsibilities and order whenever being assigned •Setting good examples and leadership to direct reports if anySeasonal Sell-in & Order Consolidation•preparation for seasonal sell-in meeting with the support of regional marketing, merchandising and local sales team – date setting, venue set-up preparation, screen presentation materials, fashion show, catalogue & other literatures•consolidation of customers’ orders•confirmation on final seasonal purchase plan jointly with Commercial ManagerNew Channel & Account Development•Assist Commercial Manager to increase distribution by increasing channels & accounts in order to achieve the set net sales and net contribution targets•Maximization of productivity per storeoto increase adidas Golf in-store space and sell-in per door to existing customers•Corporate Salesoto identify potential corporate sales client and initiate contact & product presentation oto follow up with corporate accounts developed by regional team to maximize sales & promotion opportunitiesoupdating corporate sales forecast & control material inventory
